Cancellation of Orders

All orders that have been processed (Charged) CANNOT be cancelled under any circumstances. Most of our orders are processed within 24-48 hours. If you need to cancel or modify your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible on +61 8 9313 8225 or email  cancellations@koolster.com.au  

 

Delivery Time Frames

Delivery within Australia is generally 4 - 7 working days from the day of ordering. Australian Air Express (AAE) or Australia Post Express Mail is used where possible on orders which do not contain bulky or breakable items. If you require an urgent delivery, please email customercare@koolster.com.au with your name & order number so we can do our best to arrange this for you. If your order is delayed due to a stock shortage, you will be contacted by phone or email. If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so.


**Please allow up to 2 weeks during busy periods such as Christmas, sale periods and for special promotional code offers.
